Refund Information
Attendees can receive a refund of 95% of their registration price up to January 3, 2025.
Attendees can receive a refund of 75% of their registration price up to February 7, 2025.
Attendees can receive a refund of 50% of their registration price up to March 7, 2025.
After March 7, 2025 no refunds are available.

Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Switching to Virtual

Switching formats from virtual to in-person or vice versa will be allowed up until March 28, 2025. The attendee will be either charged or refunded the difference between the two formats. After March 28, 2025, switching formats will no longer be allowed, however, an attendee can always substitute another colleague to attend in their place by providing written notice to sbryant@alliancerm.org.

Capacity Restrictions

To preserve the balance of participants at this year’s Meeting on the Med, we have implemented a capacity of six attendees per organization.

There will be a limited number of registration passes available to non-ARM member attendees. We recommend purchasing your registration passes early.
