ARM Member Rate
To qualify for the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM) Member rate, registrants must be employed by a company that is an ARM member in good standing during the conference dates. If an individual registers at the ARM member rate and their company is no longer a member prior to or during the conference, the individual will be required to update their registration to the non-member rate in order to attend. Refund Information
Attendees can receive a refund of 95% of their registration price up to June 26, 2026.
Attendees can receive a refund of 75% of their registration price up to July 24, 2026.
Attendees can receive a refund of 50% of their registration price up to September 4, 2026.
After September 5, 2026 no refunds are available.

Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Switching to Virtual

Switching formats from virtual to in-person or vice versa will be allowed up until September 5, 2026. The attendee will be either charged or refunded the difference between the two formats. After September 5, 2026, switching formats will no longer be allowed, however, an attendee can always substitute another colleague to attend in their place by providing written notice to jwilliams@alliancerm.org.

Capacity Restrictions

To preserve the balance among participants at this year's Meeting on the Mesa, please note the conference’s capacity restrictions. Service providers (including but not limited to CDMOs, CROs, consulting firms and tool providers) are restricted to a maximum of six attendees per company. For sponsoring organizations, the allowance extends to ten or more attendees per company depending on the circumstances.
