Thank you for your interest in giving a company presentation at the
2026 Meeting on the Mesa!
We are now accepting applications for companies and institutions to present at the hybrid Cell & Gene Meeting on the Mesa, October 5-7, 2026! If your company is interested in giving a 15-minute presentation at this year’s meeting, please submit the form below. If approved, you'll receive a list of tasks to complete within the portal.
Company presentations will be delivered live in Phoenix, Arizona and streamed for virtual attendees. The recording will also be uploaded into the virtual platform within 24 hours for further on-demand viewing. Additional information on this hybrid approach will be provided to accepted companies at a later date. The deadline to submit your application is 11:59pm CET on December 12, 2025.
Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee your company a presentation slot as there is a limited number of presentation slots available. Selection criteria is listed below for your reference.
Selection Criteria:
- Company must be an ARM member in good standing. Non-members interested in joining the organization should contact the membership team at member@alliancerm.org for further details.
- CEO or company C-Level executive MUST be available to present. Should a C-level executive not be available in the end, the presentation spot will be given to another company on the waitlist.
- Priority selection is given to public and late-stage, private therapeutic developers and enabling technology companies. Service and tools providers are still able to apply and will be given consideration if space allows.
Dates and Deadlines:
- Call for Presenters will open November 12th, 2025.
- Presentation submissions are due by December 12, 2025, by 11:59 PM CET
- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Our event will take place October 5-7, 2026.
